Then Krishna married one
more princess with name Lakshmana. She was princess of Madra. She was very beautiful
and intelligent. She loved Krishna and decided him as her husband but her family members rejected her wish and announced her swayamvaram. Krishna
was aware of her wish. So,he went to her swayamvaram and in front of all other kings he took her away and married.
Lakshmana was the eighth wife of Krishna.
The sons Lakshmana were Praghoshudu, Gatravanthudu, Simhudu, Baludu, Prabaludu, Uurdhvagudu, Mahashakti, Sahudu, Oojudu and Aparajit.
The remaining 16,100 wives were princesses, caught by Narakasura(Bhwomasura). When
Krishna killed him and released them, all the
princesses wanted to marry him only. Lord Krishna agreed their wish and married
all of them. Each prince gave birth to ten sons later.
