Kamsudu (Kamsa) – 5

Then there in Gokulam Rohini delivered Balaramudu and Devaki aborted. After some days Devaki became pregnant for eighth time. This time she was looking extraordinarily beautiful because she was carrying Lord Vishnu in her womb. Kamsudu got the news that Devaki became pregnant again. He remembered the words he heard on that day, he thought whether to kill Devaki or not. Finally he decided that killing a lady that too pregnant is a sin, so let her deliver then he will kill that newborn. All the Gods went to the jail where Devaki was there, blessed her and told that Lord Vishnu will born to her.
Soon after completion of nine months Devaki delivered one boy. All good omens appeared at that time. Vasudevudu felt very happy but Devaki cried a lot because her brother was going to kill that baby.

Then Lord Vishnu appeared in front of  them and told not to afraid. And he told that “ now the world is under the control of Yogamaya, she will born as female child to Yasoda in Gokulam. Now Vasudevudu has to take him to Gokulam and replace with that female child.”
Vasudevudu did what Lord Vishnu told. Then the control of Yogamaya disappeared. By listening the news that Devaki delivered Kamsudu came immediately to the jail and tried to kill the baby.

But Yogamaya went into the sky and told that the boy who will kill him is growing somewhere.By listening this Kamsudu became terrified and he enquired Devaki and Vasudevudu about the boy but they told that they don’t know anything.

Then he kept many secret agents to detect the boy. He got the news that he may be Krishna in Gokulam and sent many demons to kill him. Most of that stories covered in rebirths.

Then finally Kamsudu died in the hands of Lord Krishna and Devaki, Vasudevudu and Ugrasenudu got released from jail.

Kamsudu (Kamsa) - 4

Then Devaki and Vasudevudu went to their palace. After few days Devaki delivered their first son with name Keerthimanthudu. Vasudevudu took the boy to Kamsudu immediately after birth. But Kamsudu told that with this child nothing will happen to me, you just handover the eighth child of Devaki to me that is enough. Vasudevudu felt very happy about that and went back to his palace. Like that they had six children.

Once saint Narada visited Kamsudu and he told that Lord Vishnu is a big juggler, he decided to kill you. He may born to Devaki in any pregnancy not only in eighth pregnancy. Then Kamsudu became  perplexed. He directly went and imprisoned Devaki and Vasudevudu. He killed all their six children. He developed enmity towards Yadavas and he also imprisoned his father Ugrasenudu and conducted coronation of himself.

Devaki became pregnant for seventh time, Aadisheshudu was in her womb. Then Lord Vishnu called Yogamaya and told to put that fetus into the womb of Rohini at Gokulam, Rohini was another wife of Vasudevudu. And he will born in the eighth delivery of Devaki and Yogamaya will born to Yasoda in Gokulam. Vasudevudu will exchange the children. Then Yogamaya did what he told.

Then he heard a voice from the sky that “ Kamsa, eighth child of your sister will kill you”. Kamsudu became irritated with this warning and he took his sward to kill Devaki. Vasudevudu became frightened with the act of Kamsudu. Then he begged Kamsudu that “she is your sister that too newly married, please don’t kill her’. Even though Kamsudu did not left her. Then Vasudevudu told that “if you believe the words of that voice, I will give all the children borne to her in your hands. You can do them whatever you want, please leave her’.
